What's happening at reVIVE?
I joined the gym last May and have been attending regularly. I highly recommend the gym to my friends and acquaintances: location is great, equipment is excellent and I especially appreciate the services provided by Brenda Tanner, the fitness trainer who is there 4 mornings and one evening per week. She is always ready to help, giving you new ways of using the weights and equipment and she is cognisant of each individual member's particular wishes and possible exercise restrictions. I thoroughly enjoy Brenda's circuit training classes and feel that there has been an improvement in muscle definition and strength since starting with her. Brenda is a definite asset to the gym!

Fitness is something we often lose along the way to becoming adults.
Brenda Tanner learned how to recapture that fitness in a safe controlled manner to enable the overcoming of a low back injury. Since that time, she’s been helping others on their journey to recapture their health.
Brenda is certified in both Group Fitness and Individual Conditioning.
Her experience and life skills are well suited for those of more mature years wishing to improve their health. At the same time however, her competition level for fitness enables her to challenge and train those who are 30 years her junior.
In her spare time, Brenda sea kayaks, hikes, camps, cross country skis and experiments developing new healthy recipes.
