Objective

To enhance the lives of adults through physiotherapy and strength conditioning in a safe, affordable and a stress-free environment.

Our fitness programming is designed and supervised by physiotherapists who are skilled at dealing with exercise for people with health issues such as back, neck and shoulder pain, injuries or illness, and hip and knee arthritis. Our physiotherapists are familiar with these health issues, and at designing programs that can accommodate, prevent or alleviate common health problems.

There are several components that we plan to include in our fitness programming for challenging adults, who may not be familiar with exercise programs.

Interested persons will be encouraged to schedule an appointment with one of our physiotherapists.

The Physio Fitness program is covered under most medical plans (billed as physiotherapy).
